Pet Policy

A-Frame Cabin Retreat, • Island Park, Idaho

We’re happy to host your furry family members! To keep our cabins clean and comfortable for every guest, we ask that all pet owners agree to the following:

Booking & Fees

• Pets must be disclosed at booking. A $150 pet fee covers up to two pets.
• An undisclosed pet results in the $150 fee plus a $250 penalty, and may end the reservation.
• Excessive pet hair or mess requiring extra cleaning will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee charged to the card on file. A vacuum is provided in each cabin that can be used to clean up pet hair. Any damage to furnishings or the cabin will be billed at cost. We will always provide photo evidence of any excessive hair, mess, or damage before charging.

Pet Rules

• Maximum two pets per cabin.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence that a pet has been on furniture or bedding — such as excessive hair, dirt, or mud — will result in the additional cleaning fee above.
• Pets are not allowed in the hot tub.
• You must clean up after your pet, including promptly picking up and disposing of waste outside.
• Pets may not be left alone in the cabin unless crated.
• Dogs must be leashed anytime they’re outside the cabin.
• Pets must not disturb neighboring guests.
• Pets must be current on flea and tick prevention.

By booking, you authorize Awayframes to charge the card on file for any pet fees, cleaning fees, or damages described in this policy.

We truly want you to enjoy Awayframes with your pets. Our goal isn’t to find ways to charge extra fees, but simply to keep every cabin clean and fresh for the next guests and their furry companions.
